If you're in Thailand on a Non-Immigrant Visa, you must report to immigration every 90 days. Miss it, and you risk fines or visa cancellation.

1. Who Needs to Report?

  • Non-Immigrant Visa holders (B, O, ED, OA/OX)
  • Not required for Tourist Visa or SMART Visa

2. When to Report

  • Every 90 days from your entry date
  • Report window: 7 days before or after the due date

3. Required Documents

  • Passport + copy
  • TM.47 form (immigration reporting form)
  • Proof of address (TM.30 or utility bill)

4. How to Report

  • In Person: At any immigration office
  • Online: Soon available via Thai immigration portal (2025)
  • By Proxy: Authorized person (e.g., lawyer or agency)

5. What Happens If You Miss It?

  • Automatic overstay status
  • Fine: 2,000 THB per report missed
  • Visa may be canceled
