Our role
We are a private service provider. We prepare documents, coordinate applications and accompany you to offices. We are not a government authority, and decisions on visas, permits and licences are made by the competent authorities.
No guarantee of approval
We work carefully and check your case in advance, but we cannot guarantee that an authority will approve an application. Rules and procedures can change without notice.
Quotes and fees
Each service is quoted for your case. The quote shows our service fee and, separately, government fees charged at cost. A quote applies to the scope described in it. Extra work needs your agreement.
Your responsibilities
You must give us truthful, complete and current information and documents. False or altered documents will end the service and can have serious legal consequences. You remain responsible for keeping your own stay valid, including extensions, reports and travel documents, unless we have agreed to handle a specific task.
Timelines
Timelines we give are estimates based on typical processing. Authorities set their own processing times.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid for the affected task. We are not liable for decisions of authorities or for delays outside our control.
Confidentiality and data
We treat your documents as confidential and process personal data as described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Phuket, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
